Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will gladly return, refund, or replace any item that arrives damaged. You will have 48 hours to place a damage claim from the time you receive it. After that, your purchase is considered damage free.

For undamaged and unused element de base purchase, there is free return, free exchange to our warehouse located at 534 McCaffrey during business hours.

In the case transport is required to re-ship the furniture to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. Charges are calculated at 10% of the value of the item being returned. The charges will be deducted from the refund once the returned item has been inspected. To qualify for the return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Element de base custom upholstered pieces are made to order, based on the customer’s specifications and choice of fabric. We will always ensure that our products are designed and delivered to meet your
specifications. If an element de base custom product arrives damaged, we will work with you to fix or replace it. Element de base custom products are non-refundable once delivery and installation is accepted by the customer. They may however be exchanged for other products from our collection.
