At element de base, we aim for your complete satisfaction. For this reason, we invite you to check your order carefully upon delivery. If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will refund or replace it without hesitation. After this time, it will be considered to be in good condition.
Delivery times: Please note that lead times may be subject to change depending on shipping and rail conditions as well as the availability of materials.
Order tracking : 2-3 follow-ups will be sent to you during production.
Refund, Payment, Cancellation and Return : The balance can be paid at any time before delivery. No delivery will take place without payment of the balance. You have 14 days to return the items. They must be returned in their original condition and an inspection will be done before any refund. In all cases, 10% of the total amount of the invoice will be charged if the return is made by EDB. All new orders, involve a 20% non-refundable fee. EDB is committed to delivering a quality product. In the event of a defect, we will make the necessary changes to meet this term.
Warranty : 1 year on structure and foam. *No warranty on the covers*.
Cleaning : Covers must be sent to the cleaner (dry cleaning, no water or heat). Fabrics with anti-stain treatment need to be cleaned by hand only.
Storage Fees : A fee may be applied for extended storage. You will be billed at a rate of $50/module per month starting one month after the end of the delay indicated on your invoice. Ex: 3 to 5 month lead time, storage fees will be applied if you pick up your order on the 7th month.
RUSH fees are not refundable (unless the deadlines are not met). The cancellation of the charges will take place the day before your delivery.
Order with non-standard fabrics : For orders with custom fabrics, the custom fabric fee of $495 is non-refundable.
