At element de base, we aim for your complete satisfaction. For this reason, we invite you to check your order carefully upon delivery. If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will refund or replace it without hesitation. After this time, it will be considered to be in good condition.
Delivery times: Please note that delivery times may be subject to change depending on the state of sea and rail transport and the availability of materials.
Order tracking: 2-3 follow-ups will be sent to you during production.
Refunds, payments, cancellations and returns:
The balance can be paid at any time before delivery. No delivery will be made without payment of the balance. You have 14 days to return items. Items must be returned in their original condition and will be inspected prior to refund. In all cases, 10% of the total invoice amount will be charged if the return is made by EDB. All new non-stock orders are subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit. EDB is committed to delivering a quality product. In the event of a defect, we will make the necessary changes to meet this term. Please note that refunds and exchanges do not apply to sale items.
Warranty: 1 year on frame and foam. No warranty on covers. DHL RUSH fees are non-refundable (unless deadlines are not met). Charges will be waived the day before your delivery.
Cleaning: Covers must be sent to the cleaner (dry clean, no water or heat). Fabrics with anti-stain treatment require hand-cleaning only.
Orders with non-standard fabrics: For orders with custom fabrics, the $495 custom fabric charge is non-refundable.
Storage charges: Charges may apply for extended storage. You will be billed at $50/module per month, starting one month after the end of the lead time indicated on your invoice. Ex: 3 to 5 month lead times, storage charges will apply if you pick up your order on the 7th month.
